Jason Lish, Global CISO of Cisco, is the latest addition to the Advisory Board of MightyID, a leading provider of identity resilience solutions. Lish’s track record of results-driven information security and technology leadership promises to complement MightyID’s cybersecurity and compliance focus.
“We are very excited to have Jason on board as we deepen our commitment to IAM resilience,” says Ray Zadjmool, CEO of MightyID. “Security executives increasingly recognize their Identity and Access Management systems as a potential single point of failure. We know Jason’s expertise will help us hone our strategy to fortify MightyID as an important cyber resilience tool.”
Lish – whose career began with the United States Airforce – boasts over 20 years of cybersecurity experience, balancing business-focused strategies with regulatory requirements. Prior to joining Cisco, he served as the CSO for Lumen, where he led a team helping to protect the world’s largest, fastest, most secure platform for next-gen business applications and data. His previous roles include senior security and technology roles at Alight Solutions, Charles Schwab, and Honeywell International.
“MightyID is an important piece to the cybersecurity puzzle, and I’m proud to help execute on the company’s vision,” says Lish. “A company’s IAM environment is an incredible security tool; but when compromised, can bring a business to a grinding halt. MightyID helps keep businesses running and reduce fallout.”
Identity security and IAM resilience continue to be a growing topic of interest and concern for security executives. MightyID’s Board has been carefully assembled to provide a front-line perspective of the CISO’s challenges in protecting enterprise-level and global organizations.
Lish joins MightyID’s five distinguished board members, including: Stuart McClure, CEO of Qwiet AI; Vishal Amin, General Manager of Microsoft Security; David Levin, CISO of American Express – Global Business Travel; Troy Wilkinson, CISO of IPG, and Sean Wright, CISO of AvidXchange. The Board will collaborate with the MightyID executive team to help guide business strategy and product roadmap.
