(August 12, 2021) NINJIO, an award-winning cybersecurity awareness training company serving some of the world’s largest public and private companies, today announced the results from the SoftwareReviews Security Awareness & Training Data Quadrant Report. According to the report, which is based on data from end user feedback and reviews, NINJIO is the top-ranked security awareness & training (SAT) company across a broad range of customer satisfaction metrics.
The report evaluated ten SAT service providers to help companies make better cybersecurity purchasing decisions, and found that NINJIO is ahead of its competitors in nearly every category. Categories in which respondents stated that NINJIO is the most effective SAT solution include:
- Availability and quality of training
- Business value created
- Vendor support
- Ease of implementation
- Quality of features
- Content quality
- Topic breadth
- Variety of training materials
- Customizability
- Gamification
NINJIO’s ranking across all these measures of performance (plus several others) gave it a composite score of 9.2 out of 10—far higher than the nearest competitor. Customers who use NINJIO are likelier to recommend it (96 percent) than the customers of any other SAT platform, while 100 percent say they plan to renew their subscription.
“We couldn’t be happier with the results of this report, which demonstrates what we’ve been hearing from clients for years—that we offer the most effective cybersecurity training platform on the market,” said Zack Schuler, founder and CEO of NINJIO. “It was especially gratifying to discover that customers were so pleased about their experiences with our service and the product itself. We offer a fully supported solution, so the perfect scores for our sales, client service, and technical teams are very exciting.”
According to an IT professional cited in the report: “The way the content is produced really is unique in the security awareness training industry. It’s short but gives the right amount of content so the end user can consume and understand the topic but not get bored.” One user on the operations side said, “I haven’t seen any other products so engaging as NINJIO’s offerings,” and emphasized the “clear takeaways from each video, which can be applied to employees’ day-to-day working lives.”
Cybersecurity training is only becoming more vital as the rate and cost of attacks surge and cybercriminals continue to use social engineering tactics to infiltrate secure systems. As Schuler explains, “The vast majority of cyberattacks succeed by manipulating and deceiving employees, which is why education has to be the foundation of any successful cybersecurity platform. NINJIO is doing all it can to ensure that employees—as well as their families and friends—stay safe online.”
